The Foundation was established by the generosity of the Board of Directors. Based in Toronto, the Foundation operates under the guidance of 7 volunteer Board Members who oversee policies, operations and programming decisions with the support of a part time Foundation Manager.

The Yellow Bus Foundation® (YBF) enriches the lives of Canadian youth and children who need it most. YBF believes all youth can be valuable contributors to their communities. We are truly grateful to those that give us the ability to make a difference.
